Anyway, Namaste and Welcome Back to our NECO Update. This time, most of the stories are of uncles. Three months ago, Uncle Bill Garlington, Uncle Steve Scholl and Uncle Bishow were here with us. After a long wait, maybe more than two years (because of the pandemic), finally the day came that we're able to meet and welcome them..

"55th Wedding Anniversary Celebration of Uncle Bill and Aunt Cris"
We had the great opportunity to celebrate uncle Bill and aunt Cris' 55th Wedding Anniversary. We cut the cake and the children gave him handmade greeting cards. Sorry I couldn't capture the art they decorated in the card. And thanks to uncle Bill and aunt Cris for the warm tracksuits we received from them. We went to Nagarkot by wearing their gift to us.

Nagarkot, one of the preferable destinations to visit once in life and it is only an hour far from Kathmandu Valley. Uncle Bill showed interest to visit there and the NECO got the opportunity to visit Nagarkot with him. We went to the top of the Hotel View Tower to see the beautiful landscape and mountain ranges. Ratan, our senior boy( in second picture) helping uncle Bill to get down the steps after viewing the beautiful scene.

After visiting Nagarkot, we reached Bhaktapur, one of the World Heritage Sites. It was already late and getting to be dark and we were in a rush to reach our destination. After seeing some parts of the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, we took a break at Newari Khaja Ghar. Really, the food was so delicious.

Thank you Uncle Bill for going Nagarkot and Bhaktapur with us and thank you again for the track suits.

Uncle Bill and Uncle Steve visited Chitwan National Park. It is in the Terai Region, one of the hot but not hottest places of Nepal. They visited our new facilities too. Here we see uncle Bill with an Elephant and one of the park's one horn Rhinos.

Now I want to take you all to Lamjung Himal and to Kapuche Lake. They are in the Annapurna Ranges. For those who don't have time to trek, a great option is a helicopter, especially for the panoramic views of mountains, forest, rivers, springs, villages , and trekking paths. Uncle Bill and Uncle Steve chose this option and flew to base camp with uncle Bishow. Uncle Bishow arranged the flight. He is super good at managing all things.
The picture's of the range of Himalayas and Uncle Bill and Steve with smily face in fresh air.

Kapuche is one of the Glacier lakes, which thanks to our pilot, we were able to see. We did not expect to see it, and without our knowledge he flew over it. The pilot was so kind and helpful. In every step he explained the places and things that we passed on the way. We couldn't land there because of landslides. So the picture was taken from the helicopter. The next picture is of Sikles Village, a Gurung Community.

We had a great time with our graduated children in Pokhara. They are there because of their studies, job and training. One of the graduated Sailja, has already had a cute baby girl. I was nice to have a great dinner together with uncles and the children. We felt so proud of them. Today they are supporting NECO. Sailja, sends stationery items to her brothers and sister.

At last but not least, thank you all for loving, caring and supporting for us. πŸ™πŸ₯°
